Very happy we chose Routledge and Routledge to carry out the survey, and would highly recommend. We have been in our current home for 38 years, so quite out of touch with paperwork etc needed nowaday. From first speaking to Annie, she explained the different surveys available so I fully understood what we needed. Phil did the survey within a few days, and he sent the initial report that evening. The next day we received an in depth report including photos. I did ring to ask a couple of questions, and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company. Initially I spoke to Annie, who provided me with a lot information regarding the types of surveys, in order that I could make an informed decision. She explained that I would receive a short resume of the survey on the same evening as the survey was completed. A full and highly informative report followed on the next day. This included helpful photos. Phil ( surveyor) was available to speak to if required, to answer any questions and replied promptly to my e mail queries. He went over and above his remit to ensure my questions were addressed. Price and timings of survey very agreeable.

A very professional and comprehensive snagging survey carried out by Phil on my new build. Prompt, efficient service with excellent communication from the moment I booked the appointment to the arrival of the report. I found Routledge & Routledge via Compare My Move. Of the 3 firms I asked to quote, the response I received from them was the most comprehensively detailed. I was provided with example reports for level 2 and level 3 surveys and as a result of the keen pricing I opted for the full level 3 survey. The survey was quickly arranged. I received a bullet point summary of the findings by email from Phil soon after the survey had concluded followed by a meticulously detailed 127 page report just 2 days later. I am extremely happy with the Home Buyers Building Survey (LEVEL 3) carried out by Phil. I found the customer service and communication from both Annie and Phil exceptional. I have been able to telephone and have helpful conversations with Annie before whilst booking the survey and afterwards. Phil is on hand to discuss any issues raised through the survey afterwards should you wish to discuss any of the results. The survey is very thorough, well formatted so that it is easy to digest. It is separated into lists of issues and headed paragraphs so that you look at issues methodically. I found the survey document to be very comprehensive and reassured me that I am making informed decisions around my property purchase.
